If you wish to apply for Category 1 and/or Category 2 Tickets only, please select “Apply for Tickets” on the menu at the top of this page. If you wish to apply for Special Access Tickets only or for Special Access Tickets and other Ticket products in one Ticket Application, please select “Special Access Tickets” on the menu at the top of this page.
If you have previously submitted Ticket(s) for resale and these have been successfully resold, you as the Ticket Applicant will receive a refund based on the price for which the Ticket was offered in the Resale Platform, reduced by an administration fee of 1 PLN for each Ticket that was actually resold and any bank charges, as may be applicable. FIFA will initiate the payment of resale proceeds to the Ticket Applicants with Tickets successfully resold no later than thirty (30) days after FIFA has closed the official FIFA Resale Platform.
If the Ticket(s) you have previously submitted for resale have not been resold, no resale proceeds will be returned, and the Ticket(s) will remain valid for the respective Match.
To view the status and details of your Tickets at any time, log into your FIFA Ticketing Account, select your name from the top menu of this Ticketing Portal, and then select “My Tickets” from the menu on the right hand side.
